With my own wedding just over a week away, I'm pretty much on wedding overload and can't even wrap my mind around anyone else's big day. That is, until I read about the couple that got married in a Bronx White Castle.
In what appears to be some sort of radio station-sanctioned tragedy, a youg couple agreed to get married at White Castle while the station's DJs followed them around with cameras. After a ceremony, performed in front of the sales window, guests danced around the plastic booths while enjoying the White Castle feast.
Now, I love White Castle more than anyone you'll probably ever meet. But this is too much. Click here for the full gallery of photos.

ReplyDeleteI hope you are having a wonderful day!
Hahah, awesome! You know you really secretly want this for your wedding. (In one week?! Congrats to ya'll!! Can't wait to hear all about it). I remember we went to visit relatives in Tennessee, back woods TN. We had stopped in a Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat, and sure enough this wedding party comes in the front door. I am sure they let them order whatever they wanted, how nice, right?! haha, oh geez, but I guess to each is their own.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up to the Storytellers Blog Hop! Have a great weekend!!

ReplyDelete@TexaGermaNadian Thanks! If my wedding was in the Chicago-area, there would absolutely be a crave case brought in. But not in a cake shape.

ReplyDelete@Fauxshionable No way!!!!! LOL!! Yeah, I can't decide if that's good or bad. But, the Chicago wedding is much classier...for White Castle.

Hi Andrea, thank you for the comment on my blog! I love finding new Chicago bloggers as well, so I look forward to keeping up with your posts.
ReplyDeleteI believe it! Honestly I'd never even heard of White Castle until Harold and Kumar and when I moved to CHI-wham people are fanatacal about the mini burger that is. Wedded bliss with a wad of cheese!
